Lisa Reyes Mason Discusses the Impact of Social Work on Global Environmental Change

In recognition of Earth Week in April, Lisa Reyes Mason, PhD, co-lead of the Grand Challenge to Create Social Responses to a Changing Environment, was interviewed on inSocialWork®, a podcast series from University at Buffalo School of Social Work. Reyes Mason takes the social work mantra of “person-in-environment” and in the interview describes her work related to global environmental change. Applying a social and economic justice perspective, she discusses the impact that social work research, education and practice has on shaping our responses to challenges that will continue to challenge those of us living on Planet Earth.
